- CREDIT REPAIR
With this Product we identify individuals with poor credit records due to outstanding overdue debt, judgments, and defaults. We, through our Service Provider then offer a Service whereby we negotiate with the creditors for discounts, settle them with the objective to get the judgments and defaults removed which puts the individual in a much better position in so far, his or her credit record is concerned. The first place is that the person qualifies for a consolidation loan which settles the debts and credit repair fees which speeds up the process considerably. Where the person does not qualify for a loan, we can also let the person pay off the outstanding debt and fees via **salary deduction and once all monies are recovered, we perform the Service.
- DEBT REVIEW
In the loan application process, we often find individuals who are over-indebted (through various financial institutions) or individuals who see they are under debt review but are not actually receiving the required assistance of the Debt Counsellors listed as their Debt Counsellor on their credit record. We can assist these individuals as well by getting them under debt review with the Debt Counsellor we have an arrangement with. What is great about this Service is that the individual gets assessed by our Service Provider and the Debt Counsellor after 6 (Six) months of good payment behaviour of his or her debt counselling arrangements to establish if they qualify for a consolidation of all his or her remaining outstanding obligations which will ultimately lead to us being able to get them out of debt counselling and rehabilitated much quicker than in the normal debt counselling process. We can once again do this as the risk is mitigated by us getting the salary deductions, or if the **Client’s employees applying the same through salary deductions on the consolidation loans.
- GARNISHEE ADMINISTRATION
We, through our Service Provider in essence look at all the garnishee orders running on our payroll, or if applicable on the Client’s payroll and make sure they are valid and establish if we can assist these individuals with early and reduced settlements.
