• Safety-conscious approach.
• Good practical butchery skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• More than 2 years
• Cutting and trimming of meat.
• Weighing, wrapping the meat and putting it out for display.
• Storing meat appropriately.
• Serving customers over the counter and or delivering meat to customers.
